Lincoln Avenue propose to develop a vacant 27,135 square foot parcel of land at the corner of Blue Hill Avenue and Culbert Street into an all-affordable, transit-oriented, deeply sustainable housing community. This newly constructed building of approximately 47,500 gross square feet and five stories will include 41 rental apartment style flats.

 

The Project is transit-oriented and will be deeply sustainable. The building will have a solar roof and solar siding panels and will be an all-electric zero net energy building.

 

The Property is located just outside of Mattapan Square, Mattapan’s commercial center, in a neighborhood which benefits from being just a ten-minute walk to the MBTA’s Mattapan station, which links Mattapan Square to Dorchester’s Ashmont Red Line station via the Ashmont-Mattapan High Speed Line.
